Raspberry

by Angela Edmunds

What started off as a doodle about 8 years ago has turned into a growing collection of artwork. I have always had a deep connection to my flora friends and have had many opportunities to learn from traditional healers, knowledge keepers, botanists and other plant lovers. The longer you listen, the more you learn.

Creating these simple watercolour sketches has and continues to help ground me. This series documents a conversation I had with several raspberry plants in various stages of their seasonal cycle.
